To operate Magic Animate, first, you must download the pretrained base models for StableDiffusion V1.5 and the MSE-finetuned VAE. Next, install the required dependencies and activate the conda environment. Afterward, feel free to explore the online demos available on Huggingface or Replicate. Alternatively, you can programmatically create animated videos using the Replicate API.
