AITalentSpace.com is an online platform where users can pay to post and promote classified ads related to Artificial Intelligence (AI). Users have the option to:

  • Permanently list an ad for $79.00.

  • Permanently list an ad and promote it for one month for $129.00.

  • Promote an existing ad for one month for $50.00.

All listings are subject to review and approval to ensure they meet our guidelines and are relevant to the AI field.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or submitting an ad.

  • Compliance: By submitting an ad, you confirm that it is AI-related, contains accurate contact information or website links, and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Content Standards: Ads must not contain explicit language, misleading information, or content irrelevant to the AI field.

  • Authorization: You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Moderation and Approval of Ads

  • All ads undergo moderation to ensure compliance with our standards.

  • Ads that do not meet our criteria may be rejected. In such cases, we may provide recommendations for adjusting the ad to meet our guidelines.

  • If an ad fails to meet moderation criteria and cannot be corrected, the user may be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy).

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Fees for listing and promotion are as follows:

    • Permanent listing: $79.99.

    • Permanent listing with one-month promotion: $129.99.

    • One-month promotion of an existing ad: $50.00.

  • Billing: Payment is due at the time of submission. All fees are displayed in USD and are non-refundable once the ad is live and meets criteria (except as outlined in the Refund Policy).

  • Renewals and Modifications: Promotion for ads lasts for one month, after which ads are ranked according to popularity among other paid and unpaid listings.

6. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: If an ad does not pass moderation and cannot be modified to meet our standards, users may be eligible for a refund.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Once an ad has been approved and posted on the Website, it is non-refundable.

7. Use of Content

  • By submitting an ad, you grant AITalentSpace.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content as part of the Service.
