Smart Note AI is a powerful AI tool that quickly and accurately transcribes your meetings. It gives you concise summaries, highlights key points, and outlines action steps from your discussions, making your post-meeting tasks much easier.

To begin using Smart Note AI, simply follow these instructions: 1. Launch your meeting on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. 2. Navigate to the SmartNote Dashboard and hit the record button. 3. SmartNote AI will begin transcribing your meeting in real-time, giving you both brief and detailed summary notes. 4. You can easily get back to any notes made earlier in the same session. 5. SmartNote AI will also pull out agenda items and highlight key actions from your discussions. 6. If it's a recurring meeting, you have the option to set the date and time in advance. 7. During the meeting, feel free to ask the AI any questions and get instant answers. 8. Once the meeting ends, your notes will be available anytime. 9. For recurring meetings, hitting the record button helps you build a central, easily accessible library of all your notes.
